Standard Delivery

Barbers Warehouse do not own any furniture items or goods. If any goods ordered are not available in our stock inventory, we will order the item(s) from one of our overseas suppliers.

We only stock the most popular item(s) to include barber chairs and units, reception desks, waiting chairs, cosmetic shelving, cosmetics, and consumables. Please contact Barber’s warehouse for more information and stock availability.

UK Delivery

Shipping of ordered goods may take up to 20 working days from the day of ordering to be received at Barbers Warehouse in the UK. Once the ordered goods are received at Barbers Warehouse, the customer will be notified and delivery to the recipient address will take an additional 3-5 working days to mainland UK addresses. 

Please note, delivery dates may change due to public holidays and government restrictions which is beyond our control.

If the customer prefers to collect the item(s) from our warehouse directly, this can be arranged by contacting a member of our staff to arrange a collection time. On collection, Barbers Warehouse does not accept any responsibility or liability which may include damage once the item(s) have been collected and signed for and left our storage facility.

Once a customer’s items(s) have arrived at Barbers Warehouse the customer will be notified of their arrival. Upon the receipt of the item(s) at Barbers Warehouse the customer must arrange for their collection from the warehouse within two weeks. If arrangements are not made within these two weeks, the item(s) will remain in the custody of the warehouse storage facility incurring a £25.00 daily storage fee applicable to the order.

Please note, after ordering and once your order has been processed and sent to our supplies, your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel your order.

International Delivery

Ordered items that require shipping internationally (outside of the UK) may take up to 20 working days for the goods to reach the recipient country. The time required to receive the order may be extended if there are any official holidays within the UK calendar and/or contingencies including but not limited to government advised lockdown.

Delivery charges may vary subject to the distance and the delivery address. For more information regarding this, please contact one of our staff members.

Please note, after ordering and once your order has been processed and sent to our supplies, your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel your order.

Please note all international orders require payment in full prior to shipping. 

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Our quality assurance ensures that the goods that we deliver to our customers are of a very high standard. Please carefully inspect all item(s) delivered and inform Barbers Warehouse within seven working days if the item(s) delivered are incorrect and/or damaged.

Refunds & Reimbursements Policy

We operate a 14-day return policy; you can request the return of the received item(s) within this 14-day period for a refund (note that initial delivery charges will not be refunded). The purchased item(s) will be considered eligible for a return subject to the outlined conditions below being met:

  • The item(s) are unused.
  • The item(s) remain in the same condition that it was received.
  • The item(s) remain in their original packaging.
  • The item(s) have no parts are missing and remain fully functional.
  • The item(s) are left with their original tags attached.

It is the policy of Barbers Warehouse that you should provide the original proof of purchase for a return of item(s) or the refund will be withheld. Additional charges for the return of furniture and other items may also be applicable. All customers are required to contact Barbers Warehouse for a returns request prior to returning item(s). The refund will be withheld if this is not carried out.

Upon receiving the goods to our warehouse, their quality will be checked by our staff members. Once inspection has been carried out, we will organise a refund subject to the above listed conditions being met. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed. If the item(s) returned to us do not meet our returns policy, these item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense (standard delivery charges apply). 

The following items are not eligible for a return:

  • Special orders (Custom made orders other than standard products)
  • Personalised items (Any product category)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

We do not accept any return request for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any type of queries, or concern regarding a specific item, please get in touch with us via our email or contact number.

Incorrect or faulty goods

If any fault develops within the manufacturer’s warranty, a repair, exchange, or refund will be offered when the manufacturing fault has been confirmed. Please raise a request immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item(s). You must provide evidence in the form of images and a video so that we can evaluate the issue and revert to you accordingly.

Factory Warranty Policy 

Most of the furniture received to Barbers Warehouse is custom-built. Therefore, these item(s) are subject to the below mentioned warranties:

  • Barber unit: 1 year water damage warranty. The factory will provide a partial replacement if the surface gets damaged after the water touches the surface.  
  • No warranty is provided on salon chairs.
  • Electrical appliances, LEDs, spotlights, sinks, glass shelves, handles, legs do not have a warranty.
  • Children car chair’s, electric and plastic parts are not covered under the warranty. The chair’s pump has a one-year manufacturer’s warranty which covers manufacturer’s faults.
  • Barber’s chairs have a one-year pump warranty which only covers manufacturer’s faults. Barber’s chairs leather and metal parts have no warranty.


Barbers Warehouse do not provide instalments, payment plans or finance packages for goods purchased. Goods will only be dispatched if a payment is received in full.

A payment deposit of 60% for the ordered item(s) are required with a full balance payment required prior to delivery.
